Wasn’t what I expected
3/5 The house was clean like in the photos, but the location was sketchy. Lot of crackheads in the area. The house smelled like smoke and there were stains on the sheets and pillow case. Overall it was fine, but definitely not what I expected.

- We are happy that you enjoyed your overall stay in the home. We also include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home prior to booking, but we apologize that this caught you off guard. We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like the people in the area are simply out of our control.
- We will address your concerns regarding the cleanliness of the sheets and the smoke smell in the home with the cleaning company so this issue does not affect future guests.
- While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own, and we were disappointed to find that you had damaged one of the blankets in the home and left a large hole in it and poured an oily solution inside the hot tub which had to be re-treated for the safety of our guests.
We do all they can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests!Very Nice

Graduation Celebration
4/5 Our stay in Ocala was hampered by rain, even the graduation we attended was stopped due to the rain. However, the VRBO property we stayed in was a lovely home but it lacked some amenities. the first thing was a coffee maker that was missing a critical piece to use Kcups. There was no can opener! The Wi-Fi was extremely limited which seemed to be linked to the television so we were not able to watch tv or use our personal devices requiring wifi. There was no place to hang towels or soaps in the bathrooms.On our final day we were visited by a frog crawling up the wall in the living room. Despite these issues the house is cozy and comfortable.
