Overall experience
4/5 This was our first VRBO experience. I don’t have anything to compare it to. I tried contacting the owner on the app about instructions and things and never got a reply. So I never bothered to write about the issues listed below. Our bedroom light quit about day 2. They want you to sign out of your Netflix before you leave but the last 24hrs that we were there, we didn’t have any WIFI. The previous guests didn’t sign out and it was in a different language so, finding settings was difficult. That took about a couple hours and we just got in late from the airport. I washed my hair late one night because I seen a hairdryer. Well, the hairdryer didn’t work. So I had to run to Walmart at midnight for a hairdryer. We were sitting outside and some lady just comes walking between my guests and I. Renters being there is fine but renters respecting the other guests, would’ve been nice. The gentleman who rents, he was fine. It was a shock the first morning to hear a man talking outside the window but I figured out very quickly he just lives there. The lady, that kept walking between us so she could check on our laundry, ya that wasn’t so great. But it’s in a beautiful neighborhood. We walked downtown from the home. Beautiful porch to sit on. Comfortable beds and couches. I loved that it has so many windows. There was just a few little issues. I’d still stay there again. Overall good experience. There was just a few annoying little complaints.

Noisy Neighbors
1/5 The unit is nice; however, there are a couple other tenants in the house. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. The tenant directly above is noisy and yells profanity. There are stairs leading to the other units that go by the bedrooms' windows. The first night, I was awoken at 3 am by a drunk woman who fell on the stairs. Not going back, which is a shame considering the location.

Awesome/Awful
4/5 We had a great time! We loved the place!!!! Beautiful!!! BUT oh, some of the home was so dirty and furniture on the porch was downright filthy and some of the bed headboards and wallboards so dusty!! I was so ashamed to bring my girls into such unclean surroundings! We washed up the chairs on the porch so we could sit outside and enjoy the big oak trees, birds and squirrels. After seeing all that dust we decided to check the air filter in the ac and we gasped at how dirty it was! It's such a beautiful place I would love to go back but I wouldn't knowing how dirty it was.

5/5 Downtown Ocala, close to great restaurants ; within 20 minutes of major horse show venues. Sleeps 5-6 easily.
