    This place is really quite wonderful. Very clean and nicely appointed - high end kitchen and bathrooms, lovely open plan, and spectacular covered front porch. We were thrilled throughout our 2 week stay. Even met owner - very nice guy. We’ll absolutely rent this gem again.

  • Flea problem

    Love this house - wish we lived there. Immaculately clean and well furnished. Back porch and yard is like a little private retreat.Good restaurants about a mile away down at the "square". We had two fun filled days Zip Lining at the Canyons and glass bottom boat tour at Silver Springs.

  • Flea problem

    This property deserves a 5. It is adorable, great location, and it was clean….. the problem was it was infested with fleas. We had fleas jumping on us everywhere except the bed. The owner did have it sprayed the next morning after we reported it. The side yard was sprayed the day after. The fleas were still there although not nearly as bad. The owner did have the property manager drop off two bottles of wine as a consolation. We paid for 5 nights but couldn't take it any longer. We checked a out a day early, no reimbursement offered. I'm sure they will get it under control with more visits from the exterminator.

    Hi Jan, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark. The owner has worked to resolve this issue as quickly as possible by working with an exterminator. This is meant to be a 'no-pets' home, but a previous guest may have brought the issue with them. We're sorry this was your experience, but we plan to greatly improve the experience this property has to offer for future travelers!

  • Great House: Close to Downtown, Mountain Biking, and Springs

    Staid here with a friend of mine when we came to town to ride the local mountain biking trails. The house is very nicely appointed. The kitchen is the best equipped one I've ever staid in for a rental. Downtown is easy walking distance from the house, but there is ample hang out space on the patio if you chose to stay in . Great covered front porch for sitting out a rainstorm with a cup of coffee.
