So accommodating!
5/5 Our family of 10 really enjoyed this lovely home. The ocean view was amazing, and the covered lanai was wonderful for shady relaxing, yet the large deck area was ideal for the sun lovers in our group. The outside dining area was large and comfortable. The pool was very enjoyable, and the hot tub was perfect. Our host, Ryan couldn't have been more accommodating. Very impressive. We look forward to a return trip.

5/5 Ryan met us at check in and welcomed us into Joy By the Sea. They had a well thought out welcome package that we enjoyed during our stay. Home is well appointed, located close to everything New Smyrna, easy access to the beach and plenty of room for everyone. Will be coming back! Thanks Ryan.

Treasure by the Ocean
5/5 The property enjoys a spectacular perch over looking the ocean, with most common rooms and an expansive pool deck taking advantage of the view! The house is very well appointed; the accoutrements range from a gourmet kitchen, to beach cruiser bicycles for morning and sunset rides on the beach. There were eight of us for a long weekend’s stay, and house easily accommodated our merry band. My wife and I have rented literally dozens of houses over the years, and this one stands out as among the most special. The Evolve team could not have been more cordial and attentive. If your travels take you to the New Smyrna Beach/Daytona Beach area, I highly recommend you consider this special property.
