Well-equipped oceanside condo
5/5 The condo is situated where cars are not allowed to drive on the beach which I prefer. It’s also close enough to shopping and restaurants beachside and downtown New Smyrna but not in the fray. Despite the damage from hurricane Nicole, the pool, 2 nice grills, outdoor tables and chairs were all in fine shape. No beach access at this time however. And that’s true for most of the beach in New Smyrna. The house was well appointed with attractive sturdy furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. The balcony afforded a view of the ocean but was in effect private because of the way the building was laid out. Check-in was a snap and prompt communication from the management team. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again.

Perfect for 2 for a short stay
5/5 Lovely condo, up to date decor and quite comfortable. Would have liked a few more kitchen items but we're foodies and love to cook. Loved being able to walk across the street to two excellent restaurants.

Great Long Weekend
5/5 This is a very clean and comfortable unit that has everything a couple or small family needs. We very much liked the interior design, flooring, vanities, TVs, and furniture. Its a plus that the balcony/patio actually had nice sturdy outdoor furniture instead of cheap plastic furniture that you find too often in rental units. This unit was priced right and felt like home. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful
5/5 We had the best time! The condo is clean, bright, happy, and has everything you need! We loved the keyless entry, wi-fi instructions, and pool bands were easy to locate and use! It’s a great condo on a great part of the beach with a beautiful view and we had the best time! Can’t wait to go back!
