Family Vacation
5/5 This was an awesome unit and a great place to stay. The unit was very clean and updated, the key-less entry was very convenient, and the building and pool area were maintained nicely. Lynn did a great job in managing the unit and providing a way to communicate if we had any questions during our stay. She even gave us a welcome package when we arrived on the first day. Thank you Lynn! We hope to stay in this unit again in the near future.

5/5 We’ve stayed in various condos in NSB. This one is a favorite! Great location, well maintained facility. Condo has been totally updated. Very well appointed. New owner is most attentive!!! Highly recommend.
Check-in nightmare
4/5 I did not receive the check in instructions…didn’t know that I needed them. Show up after 4pm…bc check in is after 4p. Office is closed. Only number listed is the main office number. Sent message to person that I got an email from about my unit being ready…they didn’t have check in information. Went back to Vrbo site…sent email to host (had to act as though I wanted to inquire about a date). She was prompt with instructions & apologized for confusion. After this nightmare check in…our stay was pleasant. Liked the small, low key atmosphere of Point East condos. Lots of other families with kids. Nice pavilion with eating area. Community grill. Washer & dryers on each floor $3 total to wash & dry. Bring quarters. They must close at a certain time bc went to wash clothes one day after 730p and doors were locked. Would have been nice to know. Being gone to beach, pool, shopping most of day makes it difficult to wash before they close in evening. Even with the difficulties I would rent again.

5/5 Great place for family and everything was as advertised. Could have used a little quicker response from maintenance on clogged drain in main bath but overall it was a great stay.

3/5 Two issues: 1key pad entry lock system became nonfunctional (not work) before end of rental period;(2) slow return of damage deposit
