  • No pool vacation

    Wonderful location (if you like Mercado)Terrible treatment by owner. each day of our one-week stay we requested and paid for pool heat. we kept being told the same thing to do which didn't work. We spent hours raising the issue, sending pics, following instructions. Even brought in pool service guy but the pool is controlled remotely by owner. This was never resolved for the entire stay.

    Hi Gord, we're glad you enjoyed the location! After going over your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:
    - After you reached out on the second day of your stay to pay the pool heating fee, the pool heat was turned on and set to 87 degrees.
    - The instructions are in the user manual on how to use the spa heat, with pictures and clear instructions on how to operate it.
    - Additionally, we went to the property to instruct you on how to use the spa heat.
    We did all we could to accommodate your request during your stay, and we'll continue to do all we can to provide our guests with an enjoyable stay!

  • The home is well situated in North Naples. Home has a good layout and updated furnishings.

    We enjoyed are stay. Have a few suggestions to optimize the guest experience-

    Thanks for providing garbage bags, laundry and dish detergent/soap, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters.

    Dish and glassware are limited.

    The TV is difficult to find channels. When internet went down, TV was not operable.

    No casserole dishes or serving pieces.

    A number of lamp and fixture lights were out. Bought lights to replace.

    Ceiling fan/light in master bedroom doesn’t work.

    Master shower takes 5 minutes to receive warm water and water pressure is very low.

    Barbara did a nice job responding to our requests.
