Amazing Home Away from Home
5/5 The Palm River Estates house was absolutely perfect. The location of the home is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood near the LaPlaya Golf Course. It is conveniently located near beaches, stores, and all that Naples has to offer. The home itself was expertly appointed, decorated and maintained. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The beds and baths were comfortable and met all our needs. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained and we enjoyed many days and evenings in the outdoor spaces.This home will meet all of your vacation needs. We cannot recommend it enough and think anyone who is looking for a rental in north Naples would enjoy this comfortable and cozy home. It truly felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed a perfect stay as Jason, the owner, was extremely conscientious in making sure we had everything we needed. We have never had a host who was so friendly, kind and attentive. We sincerely thank Jason for making sure we had an excellent vacation.

Winter Family Vacation
5/5 The property was clean, comfortable and nicely done. The house had a lot of extras you many times don’t see in a rental. Jason, the owner was very responsive and flexible with some travel issues we had due to flight delays/cancellations. We enjoyed our stay. Lovely.

Well appointed house in a peaceful area.
5/5 We especially enjoyed the tranquil and private setting. Owner available to check on a few malfunctions, and will take care of rest in future. Kids enjoyed pool and play fort, and pool toys/ floats. Excellent location. No hurricane damage seen here.
