2/5 This could be a nice place if better cared for. Outside furniture broken, torn and faded. Screens broken out on porch. No mattress pad between top sheet and bare mattress in unit. No oven in kitchen that was advertised as well equipped. NO screens on any windows. Neighborhood parties till 4:00am at restaurant across the street.

Hi Jennifer, we want to make vacation rental easy for everyone, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- The outdoor furniture is replaced yearly.
- The booking before yours unfortunately incurred damage to the outdoor screen, and we didn't have enough time to order new pieces before your arrival.
- All beds have mattress pads. We noticed after your check-out that one was missing, which we've replaced.
- We use professional photography for the home, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised including the kitchen amenities. We've added a note to the listing to make this more clear to guests.
- The windows don't have screens because they're not meant to be left open - the Florida heat and humidity will compromise the A/C.
- While we cannot control external factors like neighborhood noise, we encourage our guests to use the local non-emergency line if they're having issues.

Exactly what we were looking for!
5/5 Everything was just perfect. Easy from rental to checkout! Alex, the owner, and the rental company were very responsive to our needs. We were looking for a quaint, private, clean place and this property was all of that. We were very comfortable in our room. Everything we could need was provided. Really enjoyed spending time by the pool. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Alex!

Great Place
5/5 Great place to stay in Naples. Located south Naples in old town part, out of traffic, and close to the airport. Awesome place to stay, bring yourselves, your pet and your boat. You can tie your boat up close to your room. Walking distance to Food Truck court and an awesome bar. Across the street from the best Mexican food restaurant we've ever had. Host Alex is great!! Would recomend to anyone
