  The house was perfect for our stay! It was clean and spacious. The garage was well stocked with everything we needed for the beach and the rest of the house had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this vrbo and would stay there again!

• Poor cleanliness, and lack of fresh linen.

  Location is good, 15 min walk to the beach. The house itself has some issues: dust on the dishes, we have to refresh it before use, linen on the bed had a strange sent, we used our own. The fridge was brocken, it stoped and restored couple times. The host doesn't allow us to stay extra night, saying that the house is already taken, but actually it wasn't. The late midnight she realized it's free but we already booked another place.

  Hi Olga, we're glad you enjoyed the location! We passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We sincerely apologize for the issue with the refrigerator. When we were made aware of its malfunctioning, we immediately had a technician repair it. Although there was an issue with the refrigerator, there was a functioning backup full-size refrigerator in the garage just a few steps from the kitchen. We made your party fully aware that the backup was available for guest use. Cleanliness is highly important to us and we have not had any reports of cleanliness issues or odors from previous guests. The dust on some of the plates may have been caused by being unused for some time and the scent on the bed sheets comes from the sanitizing spray that is used as a precautionary measure. In regards to a possible stay extension, that could have been easily handled and communicated with Evolve directly. We were unaware of the request to extend your stay. Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

  liked it very nice , two things i did not like setting the security alarm very poor instructions ,and stripping's the beds down we paid for a cleaning fee .

• Great house and location

  This was our first VRBO and it did not disappoint. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was great. EASY walk to the beach. The house has anything you might need. From the kitchen to beach amenities, it was great. We had 6 in our group but could easily have more. We would stay there again and I highly recommend this location.

• Spring break getaway

  My friend and I brought our teenagers down for spring break. So six of us total with plenty of space for everyone. Property was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The property manager Holly was very helpful answering questions about the property as well as info about the area. The beach items, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys were a huge plus as we used them everyday. Having a grill was a nice as well. Liked the location, nice quiet neighborhood, ease of walking to beach and a few restaurants. Would stay here again, no complaints.
