  The house and amenities exceeded our expectations! The pool was awesome. This place is spotless clean and looks just like in the photos. It has everything you will need to cook, pool and beach supplies. The location is wonderful for easy access to bike pathways, the beach and shopping. We had a great family vacation and looking forward to go back!

  Loved this house! The pool was great for our kids :). The neighborhood was kind of run-down, but very quiet and the location was great. Easy access to 41 where pretty much everything was located. Front door keypad wasn't always the easiest to use. Dawn, the property manager was super responsive. We would definitely consider staying here again!

  This is a lovely home! It is super-clean, and the property is just a few blocks from the beach. My son and his friend enjoyed using the bikes to get around the area.

  Home is beautiful. Problem with front door lock. Finally figured out to push door in for lock to work. Noisy neighbors driving a truck between the houses 12:30 am. Garage door mysteriously was open one morning when we knew we had shut it before retiring . Upon our last day check out was at 10:00am cleaning crew was ringing our doorbell at 9:00am. Property manager was in our driveway at 9:30. That was unacceptable . Would not rent this home again . On a positive note home was very clean and beds were amazing . House was stocked with everything we needed plus paper products . There was no garage door opener for us to use during our stay .

  Rusty, we're sorry not all of your expectations were met and exceeded. Based on our understanding, the homeowner responded quickly and you were able to access the home with their assistance without much delay. They know that the heavy storm door can be awkward and apologize for the inconvenience. This is the first they're hearing of neighbors disturbing a guest's stay and assure us that the home is located in a quiet area. Additionally, a garage door opener is not available for the safety of guests and the owner confirms that there is no issue with the garage door. We're confident that this was the result of an accident and an isolated incident. They are also sorry the local property manager and cleaners made you feel rushed and will work with both to ensure other guests don't share your experience. The owner is accustomed to providing five-star experiences and we have no doubts that future guests will be delighted. Best, the Evolve Team
