Family spring break
5/5 Beautifully decorated oversized condo that is walking distance to the beach. The owner is quick to reply whenever needed. We would definitely stay their again.

Miramar Beach condo
3/5 The condo was cleaned very poorly when we arrived and towels were all filthy. It was a rough start to the trip but Kim made it right. The condo building is outdated. The unit had some updates made and nicely decorated. The washing machines in the unit were very nice. The toilets, shower tubs and curtains were not so nice. No closet available in master bedroom. No screen door on balcony. Kitchen faucet sprays you in the face unless you adjust the nozzle each time. The pools and beach access were nice. There is a shuttle to the beach available. My kids really enjoyed the warm pool at The Summit. Location was nice with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby.

Beautiful condo
4/5 The condo exceeded expectations. VERY comfortable and beautiful. Close to the beach, a very short walk. Spacious enough for families to enjoy too! Kitchen fully equipped and updated appliances. Was a lovely stay

Anniversary Weekend
5/5 Clean, beautiful, updated, tons of towels, and master bed was so comfortable. Would definitely rent again. Only critique is that the pots and pans were very cheap so if you plan to cook big meals or nice dishes bring you own pans. All the other kitchen items were very nice and well stocked. Also the check in and out times in online booking did not match the times on the binder in the condo. Didn't effect us but may want to address that. All in all I would give 5 stars and recommend.
