Great location!
4/5 Overall great stay! Plenty of everything you need in a house! Only downfall is no golf carts allowed on premises. Also, states gated community however gate was chained up at all times.

5/5 This was an amazing home loved every bit of it exactly how it is on the posting. The area is amazing we go every year and stay in the area it’s close to the beach certain stores kids love it peaceful friendly and weather was awesome. Recommend to anybody with family and friends.

Location, location, location!
5/5 EXCELLENT location! This is the first property that we’ve stayed at that when it said “short” walk to the beach, it was actually short!!! Literally a private coded gate entrance right across a not to busy street and down the stairs! It is also very close to all the Destin attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The property itself was very nice and the property manager answered my text immediately when we had issue with the AC and helped us figure out the problem quickly. The only issue that was never resolved was we couldn’t get any of the remotes to work any of the TV’s upstairs. Not a huge deal for us, but definitely needs to be noted. Loved the property, loved the area, and LOVED the beach! We will definitely be coming back to this property in the future!!!

The property was just as described. It was clean, nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen!
5/5 I would rent here again. Great experience, home as described and close walk to beach. Our family was there for Thanksgiving and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We had a wonderful time!
