  This property has a perfect beach front vies as shown in pics and house location is in close proximity of shopping, dining , grocery and beaches. House is clean and comfy.

  Everything was perfect!! The condo was amazingly clean we had everything we needed! I will be saving this condo for the future. Would recommend this to any family!

  When we got there, the boys went upstairs & heard talking in the room, so we called Evolve bc it was after 4 & they sent us down the road bc we were at the wrong place apparently? No, we had stayed there last yr so I called back & they sent me back to the original place. The condo looked fabulous..great view, however you can't watch the sun rise or set...as previously posted. We quickly figured out how dirty the floor was from my sons new white socks. So my husband swept the floor & got a pile of sand..I understand it's the beach, but we had just arrived..we paid for cleaning service? Well, a few days later I did laundry & found out the lines must be crossed bc it was set on cold, but apparently it was washing in HOT. I DO NOT WASH IN HOT, IT SHRINKS, FADES & RUINS CLOTHES. I hung them dry so no more damage could be done, however it did shrink my 2 shirts, shorts, faded & shrank my sons new Nike shirt. Well, the nxt day we went parasailing & was gone most of the day, upon coming back to the room it was 78. I tried several times to call the service# but was unsuccesful. I called Evolve & told them the situation, EVERYTHING. After about an hour, it's like 12am I finally was able to reach the service #..the gentleman came around 1am, very unpleasant. I told him about the washer & he acted like we did it..the ac&washer..i quickly had a comeback for that? He took pictures of the clothes, I told him I had called Evolve about everything & his response was great?? My husband said I must have offended him, maybe he was responsible for the washer..well after he vacuumed the ac & left I called Evolve & complained bc I didn't want him back in there, the boys were uncomfortable as well. Around 2am he comes back, something about an alert on his phone the ac wasn't connected to wifi? He took pictures of it? Honestly I didn't see a wifi signal, we didn't mess with it? He was extremely rude, no customer service. I filed a claim for the messed up clothes. The condo was cleaner when we left. I wish I had a better experience, especially since we spent like $2100 to stay there..I understand it's the beach & there's sand...I can live with that, but not having clothes ruined or being rude to by someone fixing a ac unit that apparently the condensation accumulated in & happens frequently in Florida? He acted like we had done everything?? Really...No sir..I feel like I should have stayed at a motel 6 or something..saved money...bc I might have been treated better.

  "We want every guest to enjoy their stay and so we want to respond specifically to this guest's concerns.
  
  Evolve called to confirm the property address because the guest was having trouble finding the property. I confirmed the property address, gave detailed instructions, and gave permission for the guest to call me so I could assist her. She called me when she was in the condo and said everything looked wonderful. She said it was the nicest place she had ever stayed. I told her I was sorry for the miscommunication from Evolve and happy for her for the rest of her vacation. I also said, if she needed anything, she was welcome to call me. She confirmed my number. I did not hear from her again, so this review is very surprising.
  
  The on-site service people had cleaned and inspected the condo long before 4:00 pm central time. We are not sure why any parent would send their children to a condo that they had never been in without the parent going with them and if they heard someone talking, why wouldn't the parents check in on the condo instead of just leaving? The guest never mentioned this to me when I spoke with her on the phone.
  
  The on-site service team has an inspector that inspects the cleanliness of the property to make sure it is in excellent shape. Perhaps her children got their white socks dirty from walking on the asphalt parking lot when they were unloading. The guest never mentioned this to me when I spoke with her on the phone.
  
  The on-site property manager responded to her call within 20 minutes at 1:00 am - which is extraordinary service. He serviced the AC and left the A/C functioning properly.
  
  The washing machine lines are not crossed - the hot is hot and the cold is cold. It is a stackable washer/dryer combo, installed new 18 months ago, has been used hundreds of times, and functioned properly - no one would bother to change the lines, then change them back. Obviously, the guest did not operate it properly or she is just making it up. The guest showed the on-site property manager the clothes that she said had been shrunk and they appeared to be true to size in his opinion.
  
  Where the sun actually sets moves during the course of the year with the rotation of the earth. During the summer, the sun sets closer to the bay. From late fall to early spring the sun sets over the water. That being said, you can still see the yellow, orange and purple sky over the water at sunset. In spring and summer months, the sun does rise over the water.
  
  We just spent $50,000 on a renovation of this property and it is in excellent condition and very, very clean. The reviews this year are 5 stars, and the great experiences our guests have had speak for themselves."

  Our family had a wonderful vacation and loved the property. It was very clean, the decor was up to date, and it was an amazing location! We would be happy to go back and would recommend the property to friends and family!

• Summer Vacation

  This was one of our best vacations ever! We loved our unit and it was decorated perfectly! The parking was great. Access to the beach, pool, hot tub, fitness center, and the store on location was fantastic. This place is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, golf, fishing and so much more. I highly recommend this location.
