  Horrible communication with EVOLVE and the Homeowner. Homeowner had excuses for everything as she stated she hasn't been to the home in months and didn't know the issues. READ the reviews here as AIRBNB didn't have any negatives.

  The house is on the market but I would AVOID at all costs. House was never completed or it was done in such a rush its a mess.

  Hot Tub does NOT work they have about 10 extension cords surrounding it as well as another heater but it till not turn on.

  Appliances moldy

  Lots of flickering lights in the house

  Multiple outlets do NOT work

  All 3 showers have broken tiles

  Fixtures hanging off the walls

  No ventilation system

  No smoke detectors, Fire Alarms or Carbon Monoxide detectors

  BEDROOM WINDOWS LOCKED AND THE CRACKS REMOVED

  Rodent problem in the attic you can hear them running around and scratching

  Random covered up broke down car in the driveway parked right in the middle you can not have multiple cars

  Outside Kitchen UNUSABLE missing half the cushions and gross

  Lots of outside garbage from finishing the house just tossed around the backyard

  Couch disgusting stains everywhere

  master bedroom TV does not turn on

  No storage opportunities to hang clothes either they are locked or full

  Shower does not properly drain

  towel racks fall out of nowhere

  Bathroom water is not very warm

  not enough towels

  only 4 seats at the island that are all falling apart

  bedroom off the garage bed is broken and the closet is locked

  bedroom towards the front of the house 0 outlets work unless you have the light on and you can honestly hear the electric zipping in the walls super scary stay out of that room fire hazard

  Master bedroom bed disgusting sleep on top of the blankets tv does not work closet in the bathroom has spots to hang clothes but if you are not 10 ft tall you are not reaching them

  DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED

  HOUSE CONTACT IS USELESS AND SHE IS THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY

  We loved. The view and outside sitting area Beds were comfortable and great TVsMy only suggestion are lights or ring camera on side of house/garage entrance. Was very dark when we first arrived We had a great time.!!!

  Good: owner is very nice and communicates very wellBad: hot tub didn’t work. Nobody told us this. Bad: one guest got shocked by the water when feeling the hot tub. Fingers went numb for 30 mins. Bad: blender was moldy. No crockpotBad: many outlets didn’t work Bad: many lights flickered Bad: no table. Want to eat as a family? Have to stand at the kitchen island. Bad: only two beach towels. Only two “beach chairs” although they weren’t even beach chairs. Bad: no cushions for the outdoor furniture Bad: no propane in the grill
