On the beach sort of
4/5 Spacious end unit on the 11th floor with beautiful sunset and sunrise views. Long walk from the building to the water. AC unit super loud. Updated appliances and everything you will need for a pleasant stay. Marco Island is a great getaway place but a 1/2 hour ride plus to get to anywhere off the island.

5/5 We loved it here! It fit our family of 6 perfectly. The only thing I would say is the master bed and pillows were hard as a rock. We ended up sleeping on the couch. But other than that the view and place were beautiful and perfect location !

Great Place, Nice View!
4/5 The apartment was beautiful and the view was very nice. Very Clean!We enjoyed our stay.
The actual building is a little dated and the parking lot and garage was not easy to navigate. I think the property needs more signage directing where exits are and how to navigate parking. Parking on the second level was no fun with a stroller, we had to walk all the way around with two kids. Laundry machines and dryers do not wash or dry clothes. We must have spent $5 on one load because it didn't wash the clothes and it did not dry the clothes well at all.
We would stay at this exact apartment again because it was very clean, that's my number one priority.
