  You will not be disappointed in this beautiful Marco Island condo. We had a wonderful stay at this clean, bright and well managed property. • A wonderful spring break

  What a great vacation! Condo was wonderful with just a few tiny hiccups (closet doors and vertical blinds). Otherwise the condo was clean, updated, and big enough for the four of us (two adults and two teenagers). The view from the balcony was incredible! Grocery store was only a little over a mile away. The beach was HUGE. Pool was perfect. Great little restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend.

• Wonderful family spring break

  I didn’t have the best communication between the management company or owner until I really pressed it, the week of our trip, but once they responded, everything went very smoothly. Our flight was delayed four hours so we didn’t arrive to the condo until 2am. Kristen (the owner) was awesome and made sure she was up at that time to buzz us in.

  The condo was amazing. Just a few minor issues with closet doors and vertical blinds, but otherwise it was very nice. Perfect for our family of four (two adults, a 17 yr old boy and 15 yr old girl). The condo was very clean, updated, beautifully decorated for a beach condo, and has an incredible view of the beach and pool. Note you are not allowed to have the AC colder than 74 degrees.

  Kristen makes sure you have everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, chairs, frisbee, etc., and a cart to haul it all. It’s is a solid 10 minute walk to the beach. The beach in our area is filled with shells. Your walk is on broken up shells mixed in with the sand. If you have tender feet, it may hurt a bit. Make sure you have shoes, though it didn’t really bother us. Also because of this, our area of the beach is great for shell picking once you’re near the water. We found some great ones that we brought back home.

  The heated pool is wonderful and is mostly out of the shade by 11am. People go out and save chairs beforehand. You can’t be super rowdy BUT they definitely let the little kids have some fun, within reason. Only bummer is the pool closes at dusk. No night swimming allowed.

  Sunset on the beach is fantastic! You can take some beautiful pictures for sure.

  There is a WinDixie grocery store only about a mile away to stock up your kitchen. Doreen’s and Sami’s are within walking distance and have great food! We use Yelp for restaurants and it never fails me. We went to the top 6 restaurants and enjoyed everything single one!

  The Marriott and Hilton (further down the beach) have Marco Island Watersports set up on the beach. We did the waver runners for 30 minutes and it was a blast! Check out their website for more activities and info. If you choose to do this and drive down there, note there is only public parking at Turtle Parking, south of the Hilton. The island really discourages a lot of outsiders enjoying their beach so public beach parking is really limited - just FYI.

  Overall is was a wonderful spring break for our family and we definitely will return! We highly recommend!
