  First and foremost, this condo is beautiful! it was our second time at indian shores, and we were looking for something on the beach. it definitely did not disappoint! 2 full baths, lots of space, easy parking. fully stocked kitchen, we just had to order groceries! The pool was perfect, and there were dolphins that swam on our beach every morning!

  The only complaint that i had was that we had issues with the key codes for the pool and beach. We did reach out to JoJo who said that she would work on it. After the 2nd day, a nice neighbor gave us his code. His worked beautifully the rest of our stay!

  Condo was clean, newer, and exactly as described. Would definitely return. Property was in great shape as well - but while we loved the first floor, it would have been nice to have keys to stairs and pool bathroom. Hated to have to wait for and use elevator for one floor when the stair door was steps from the parking space. Secondly, the outdoor area needs more opportunities for shade, as there is little shade, unless you sit on the side of the pool behind a wall. Pool area bathroom was a nice touch, but again, needed a key. Otherwise, great property. No matter what time we went outside, there were plenty of chairs available.

• Beautiful!

  This was our first visit to this beach in Florida and my family and I loved it. It was just as the pictures portrayed, clean, and right on the beach, which was the best part. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

• After 9 years at same condo we are gone!

  First, let me say that we cannot say enough good things about JoJo the local contact hired by evolve. She was very pleasant, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful.

  We had rented this condo for the same 6 weeks directly from the previous owner for 9 years and have many great memories there at Kima.

  Last summer the unit was sold and the previous owner notified us that the new owner had agreed to honor our reservations for 2023. Well, we are not sure what the new owner actually received for our rental but evolve added over $2,700 of miscellaneous fees over what we paid in the previous year. We certainly understood that we would see an annual increase in the rental but 30% was pretty high. As we normally book the next year as soon as we arrive we contacted evolve but they could not confirm for the next year but after some conversation we were informed the rate would be 180% over the rate we paid them this year and 230% over what we had been paying last year. A review of other condo rentals at Kima and elsewhere on Maderia Beach this rate is way out of line. We have since booked at another condo just down the beach at no where near what evolve is asking for Kima. We also feel the unit could use some updating as the rugs and furniture are seeing ware. Needless to say we will not be using evolve for our rental needs in the future. We should note that our review rating of 2 stars is because of dealing with evolve not because of the condo itself which we would rate as okay 3 star.

  Hi Kevin, thanks for leaving a review. Our goal is to be transparent with our guests at every stage of the booking process and do break down all rates and fees before a reservation is confirmed. The additional fees you saw for your booking included the management fee, guest service fee, and the Property Protection insurance. We apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the rates.
