Great overall
4/5 Overall, it was a great place. Our check in process was a little uneasy as we had not received our information for check in, so it was a process to get it but was smooth after receiving our information. The condo was exactly how it’s pictured, clean and well equipped with kitchen and bathroom essentials. Along with items to take to the beach and books and games for in the room. Not to the renters issue but would be nice if the condo had a spot in front walking up from the beach to wash feet off. Also a bathroom near pool would be great.Overall, we would recommend staying here. The condo was a great spot to the beach and John’s Pass and close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Great place

Great location, communication difficult and amenities not as noted
3/5 We loved the location of the condo as it was close to the beach and boardwalk, but we wanted a place with a pool & jacuzzi as advertised and in the listing, it said the pool would be open after June 25. We arrived July 22, and the pool was locked down with signs everywhere that it was not open until after noon on July 25th, AFTER we left. I also never got responses to any of my emails prior to our trip and finally got help when I reached out to corporate Evolve. The place was clean and nice, but hard to enjoy a relaxing poolside weekend with no pool/spa.

Unfortunately, the delay was dependent on the finalization of the city permits. The original opening date was only an anticipated date. Great Experience
5/5 We had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The unit was very clean and all instruction from the owner was laid out well. Parking was great as it was located in the garage under the building. If we had any issues it was resolved immediately. We had a great stay !

5/5 What a great property. Was here for three short days but would definitely come back. Everyone at the property was friendly and check in and out was very smooth. The condo had everything in it and was super clean. Loved all the beach items in the bedroom closet. Could not ask for a better property
