• Relaxing Spring Break Stay

  The house was more than comfortable for my wife and I plus 5 kids. House was well maintained and had just about everything you could possibly need for a stay. Short drive to the beach and shopping/restaurants. We used the pool a few times and was plenty big for all of us - plenty of seating around the pool. Only two minor issues - tub in main bath was clogged up, just needs a quick pipe snaking and not quite enough bath towels for all of us. Other than that, no problems at all. Owner was quick to respond to emails. We would definitely stay here again.

  We had another property fall through at the last minute and were very grateful to have found this one. The property owner as well as the property manager made us feel very welcome. The home has been newly renovated and they have done a great job. They have also given great thought into games and such to make a visit with family entertaining. The only drawback is that the pool area is still in need of some love and the pool is not heated . Also the neighborhood is very tired, not the best in relation to the rental cost. I believe pool upgrades are coming.

• New Listing - Super Property

  We are big travelers and stay in 40-50 rentals a year. We were leaving for Clearwater the next day and found this new listing that had just posted. Wow did we get lucky. We were the first guests ever. Everything from bedding, linens, furniture and all the housewares were brand new. The house is spacious and very functional for two like us or for a bigger family or three couples. The backyard has a nice pool and a remaining yard space big enough for a professional soccer field! There is a great privacy fence around the yard and the property all felt safe and friendly. The neighborhood is a little dated, but it was quiet and well located. It's 2.5 miles to Publix and anything else you could need. There was nothing we needed that the house did not have. Towels galore both for bathrooms and for swimming. Lastly the decorating and furnishings are beautiful and it is obvious that the owner spared no expense. I suspect this house will do well and we would stay here again.

• Super New Listing - Loved it!

  We stay at 40 rental properties a year and travel all over the world. This unit popped up one day before our trip to St. Petersburg and was a brand new listing. We were the first to stay in the house. Everything was new. All the furniture, bedding and household items. To say the house was perfectly stocked would be a disservice. It is obvious that from decorating the unit, landscaping and furnishing the home, it was all done at a premium. Everything we needed was there and we were completely content. The rate was lower than anything in its class and our stay was perfect. Location is a more seasoned neighborhood, but quiet and safe. The back yard not only had a pool, but was large enough for an additional soccer field. The entire space was fenced with a new 6' white vinyl fence. There was covered parking and the communication between the owner, manager and ourselves was without hassle. There is plenty of room for a large family or three couples. Super experience and a great stay.
