  This house was beautiful and was perfect for our family of 6. My parents whom live in Fort Myers came up to stay and visit with us and the house was spacious enough for all to enjoy. My brother whom lives in clearwater stopped over to visit and they also thought the house was beautiful. The only downfall was the pool when we first got there had some issues. However, after communicating with guest services, Scott the pool guy came out the very next day and thankfully took care of the filter issue and the lingering debris. My children used the pool everyday afterwards and had a blast. The only recommendation I have is getting some sort of blinds or curtains for both slider door windows. For privacy in the evening and the sun in the morning in the dining area. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed this rental and how close it was to all the attractions that were in the area. We are familiar with Indian rocks beach and love visiting the Gulf coast. We would definitely come stay here again!

• GREAT HOUSE!!

  This home is beautiful and located near everything we wanted to do in Largo. We had family one block over in another rental and were able to use both houses to spend time together. The pool, however was super dirty with leaves at the bottom upon arrival. We cleaned out the filter which was super clogged with leaves and toys from previous guests. There were storms the night prior but the filter had not been cleaned very well it seemed. We called the management and they came right over to help, super nice couple, they also went and bought us a new net but we didn't have much time to spend on cleaning the pool with everything else we had going on in such a short amount of time.

  Beds were rock hard and pillows very uncomfortable, blankets were nice though. Cleaning fee is super expensive since we had to make sure the house was left in the condition it was when we moved in other than the beds. Floor had something super sticky on it and sinks weren't wiped down it seemed but there were cleaning supplies under the sink to use. We ran out of trash bags and paper towel quickly so make sure you purchase your own to bring. Kitchen was equipped with everything and a beautiful set up!

  Renting these houses is definitely the way to go. Especially when visiting family with kids. The game room was really neat, It was equipped with games (a lot of missing pieces tho) and a really nice bar area. There were a lot of pool toys for the pool. We left behind a deck of cards to contribute to the game room and a slip and slide (never used) for the pool area. I would prefer renting a house over hotels anyday, however, it can get very expensive with these rising "cleaning fees".

  Either way, I definitely would definitely recommend this home.

  Everything we wanted in location and in a house as its not a far ride to beaches but also close to stores or able to just sit and relax far enough away in the well thought beautiful layout of the home and home in general! Access to the garage was great and came with great amenities most dont think of like a wagon, highchair, and beach towels! The check in and out was easy and hands off.

  The house is beautiful and very spacious! Had everything we needed and wanted for cooking, playing games and even just household items you use frequently at home. Super close to the beach, shops, restaurants and the grocery! The pool was a hit for our kids when we were hanging out at the house cooking or planning our day (we had a 2 yo, 4, 6, 13, 13 and a 15 yo plus 6 adults!) The host was so friendly, quick to respond and very accommodating! Would highly recommend!!
