  El alojamiento fue bueno. Pero la piscina está en mal estado el agua está verde mis hijo con ganas de nadar en la piscina pero no se pudo por el mal estado de la piscina y al entrar a la casa sonó la alarma y llegó el policía el propietario nunca nos dio la clave para que eso no pasara. la ubicación de los parques de Disney la tiene a 15 minutos y están a más de 35 minutos eso tiene que ser corregido

• The lanai is the best part of this home.

  4 of us stayed for 3 weeks with our 2 dogs. It was a convenient place for the dogs with a fenced yard outside the lanai. The space was comfortable enough. I made some recommendation to my contact person for what could be done to improve another renter's experience. The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the large lanai with the nice water. Unfortunately the water was much to cold in January to enjoy a dip when we had warm days.

  This location is rather remote. It's in a neighborhood but there are no conveniences nearby except a 7-11 and 2 dollar stores. It took 20 to 30 minutes to get to stores or restaurants. We preferred going to Winter Haven rather than north toward Kissimmee because the traffic was less and the stores not so crowded.

  We booked this home for Christmas/New Year 2023 getaway and were disappointed with our choice.We booked this home with the expectation of having a heated pool available to us, but upon our arrival we found a green, algae pond that was ice cold and clearly out of service for awhile.We reached out to the provided contact and we were told that the pool just quit working the day before our arrival. Judging by the algae growth, it's hard to believe this excuse. We were given no heads-up that the pool wasn't operational prior to our arrival, even though they knew it was broken.Let's move inside... From chewing gum on the clothes hangers, to peeling wallpaper, to wall outlets so worn out that plugs fall out, this home needs a bit of everything!This is clearly not a property maintained by a professional service provider. There are so many little issues that could (and should) be resolved before this house is rented.I reached out multiple times via VRBO messaging to Evolve to share my concerns and describe the issues we encountered. I received no response - nothing! This home has potential to be a decent property, but unless improvements are made, I would not recommend staying here.

We were not informed that the pool was not working properly until just before your arrival and then were told Dunota Pools supplies would not be available for two weeks during Christmas. To make this up to you we would gladly give you a free night's stay on your return to Florida. We are working on better ways for you to reach Evolve and us for any problems you may have. Thank you for your feedback."
