• Perfect for family and children

  I highly recommend this house for your next vacation and here is why.

  We changed our flight and were arriving earlier. I didn’t realize until mid-flight and shot the owner a message. We were traveling will two kids (2 months and 14 months) and getting in earlier would have made things so much easier. The owner got back to me immediately and said he would do his best. He was able to get the house turned around and ready for us 4 hours earlier than check in. Life saver.

  When we arrived the house was immaculate, the owner had set us up with all he could provide for our little ones. Crib, pack n play, stroller, car seat and high chair. All of which made our trip easier.

  The kitchen was stocked with all dishes needed for cooking several meals.

  The pool was my daughters favorite. She enjoyed swimming in there twice a day and the temperature was always a perfect 90-92 degrees.

  When we left we forgot one our girl’s outfits. The owner was quick to let me know and send the outfit our way.

  All these things and more made for a great trip for my family! We appreciated it so much.

  We had a great stay at Jim and Jain's. Very comfortable, very clean and well stocked with all of the home essentials. Highlight has to be the pool and outside lanai. Enjoyed it so much we had an extra hangout day!

• Beautiful home

  This is a beautiful, clean, open concept home. I've never stayed somewhere where there were so much amenities provided; shampoo, soaps, even laundry and dishwasher supplies. The pool was clean and well maintained; such a treat to have the privacy of our own pool. The mattresses were very comfortable and obviously new, which is important. It was a little way to the grocery stores but that it made it more private and it was well located to get to Disney and then south to Bok Tower Gardens. We even took the commuter train SunRail to Winter Park for the day; great way to go! Many restaurants and amenities a few miles away and a nice community to walk in. The nearby tennis courts were fun as well. Would definitely stay here again and our host, Jim was easily available if we needed anything.

  This property was clean and just as the pictures showed! The hosts even had a complimentary snack basket for us! The kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable, check in was easy, and Jim was very attentive to the small issues we had. This house is located in a nice neighborhood and not far from shopping, dining, and Disney! Sadly, the unusually cold weather didn't allow us to use the pool for the first part of our stay but the pool heat was a blessing on the last few days!!

  I would definitely stay here again if we take another trip to this area!!

  One of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed at. This home exceeded my expectations to the max! This home is extremely clean and very warming! This home is extremely comfortable and feels like home! The rooms are very spacious and clean! Walk in closet is a plus. The kitchen is very modern and clean and also very spacious. The master bedroom is huge with a walk in closet as well and very big! The pool was amazing. It was warm everyday and super clean and big! A lot of things are provided for the bathrooms, kitchen, and rooms etc! The bathroom was clean! This neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet! Easy parking is available. I would definitely recommend this home for a relaxing family vacation to anyone!
