  We rented this place for a Sisters weekend to go see Harry Potter, and walking in the door we thought everything looked great. I guess I biggest disappointment was the pool area! The screens around the pool area were broken ( more than one) you can tell that they had been that way for a while with all the leaves and other o dead plants residue rolled up in it. Our plan was to do a bunch of night swimming after we got back from the parks, however, the bugs were too bad to even enjoy the main reason we rented the house. The black mold in the corner of the smaller bathroom right near the shower, and the dried booger on the wall in the same bathroom were just icing on the cake. Next time we head back to Orlando we will be finding a different place to stay. (We do have pictures to back up our claims)

  - We sincerely apologize for the issue with the screens. They were repaired just after your stay so this shouldn't be a concern for future guests.
  - As soon as the damage was discovered, our local property managers tried to get them fixed right away. That was the soonest they could get anyone in because the screen repair companies were so busy with hurricane repairs.
  - The issues with the bathroom have been passed on to the cleaners, as well.

• Excellent location, great value

  For about the same price as the cheapest WDW resort, this is a great value. The pool was excellent. The home was smallish but well laid out. The whole place was recently (albeit inexpensively) updated and feels tidy and modern. The beds are firm (a pro in my book) and the bunk was fun for our kids. There were kids dishes and a high chair but no other amenities for little ones like a stroller etc. No bathtub in the house! (I didn't notice until I was there.) We had an issue during our stay and the property manager was quick to help; the owners even reached out to apologize. There are a few upkeep issues, but nothing major. The location is great - I hemmed and hawed over many houses in this area or slightly north, but I think it's probably just a 2-3 minute difference either way. We were at the WDW parks within 30 mins (or at the transit center, for Magic Kingdom) every morning. Animal Kingdom is particularly close. It seems to be a common theme with rentals around here, but be aware you'll need more toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, laundry soap, and possibly trash bags if you are staying for more than a few days. Just something to know! Close to Publix and Walmart and lots of restaurants. Overall, we had a good stay and I would consider staying here again.

• Not bad but needs work

  The overall stay was ok. Some slight issues with the house. We had dirty towels on our first day of arrival. The back sliding door was not locking and we slept with the unlocked sliding door our entire stay. The towels left at the property were dirty and stained the master shower sitting area was not listed on the picture on the website and it was not to par and the tiles in the shower had rust on the border and mold on the grout of the tiles of both bathrooms. You only have a very small tv in the master bedroom the tv in the main living room and no tv in the other two bedrooms which was not a good thing with teenagers in the house. As to the toiletries we only had 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and they had already been used 1 dish pod which was not helpful and 2 laundry pods so best if you rent this house that you bring all your own toiletries. We also had only 1 trash bag for 5 people for 4 days. I emailed my guest concierge and they did not respond until the night before my checkout so the lack of communication was not good at all. Other than that the stay was ok.

• Graduation and Birthday trip

  This place made our trip more than awesome with a Private pool our kids kept saying “Thank You”.We really enjoyed our stay here it is not far from Disney, Walmart, and restaurants. I only recommend a cover for the pool filter so no one will break their leg. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. It had everything needed to start our vacation.
