Cozy Kissimmee Townhome: Near Disney World!

  Our townhouse was really nice. One thing that would help would have a few more things in the kitchen. There was no pot holders, pizza cutter, big pot for pasta and a scissors. Loved the friendly people at the pool. Nice sidewalks for walking. There is no hot tub like the ad said and the pool could be warmer. Not sure if the heater was working. There is a lot of things to do in the area. Enjoyed our stay.

• Would not recommend- not as all like listing

  When we arrived to the VRBO and went inside the first thing we noticed was a strong perfume/incense smell. As we made our way up the stairs to the bedrooms we noticed many stains on the carpet. We also noticed what looked like mold around the A/C vents. The master bedroom sliding door did not lock and remained open which was a safety hazard as we had small children with us. There were dead spiders on the king comforter in the master, more stains on the carpets. We were there a total of 15 minutes before contacting the property manager and leaving. I am not one to ever write bad reviews but I felt it necessary as this was nothing like the listing so I wanted future people to get a true representation I took photos for documentation purposes of the stains, dead spiders, etc.

  - We do take cleanliness seriously and I made sure that the property manager went over and checked on the stains and the dead pests, this has been addressed and will be taken care of immediately
  - I have a child and I understand that the issue with the door is a safety hazard, this will be fixed right away so that no one will have to worry about their safety
  - Again, we are sorry about your situation and if you'd like to discuss this I would be happy to take the time to talk to you

• Fantastic Customer Service

  The location is right off 192 and convenient to food, shopping and the parks.

  Due to flights, my stay ended up starting a day late and lasting a day longer, and the Evolve customer service gave me no issues adjusting my stay dates with no extra charge. That is customer service done right!

• Enjoyable stay

  Stayed at this location 7 nights. It was a very convenient location. Easy communication with owner. Very cozy place. The whole family enjoyed the stay.
