Great Place for Family
4/5 We enjoyed this place very much. Quiet, clean. We would stay here again.
Property was Dirty Upon Arrival - Very Disappointing
1/5 We arrived late in the evening for our stay at this property. Upon arrival we found that the property had not been cleaned. All but one bed was unmade and sheets were clearly used and dirty. All bathrooms were dirty, including urine in upstairs bathroom and feces in the downstairs. The toilet had rings around the bowl indicating that they had not been cleaned. The floors and stairs has crumbs and debris. The kitchen counter was sticky and also had crumbs. The kitchen floor was unswept. Additionally, the property needs paint touched up and walls cleaned. I reached out to the phone number that had text me the code to unlock the door. This individually was responsive and apologetic but redirected me to Evolve who has yet to return a call or respond to an email. We had to go to the store to purchase cleaning supplies to clean surfaces and laundry detergent to wash all bedding and towels. My small children slept on the couch until this was complete at approximately 3:30AM. We were hoping to be reimbursed for the cleaning supplies purchased, our first nights stay and the cleaning fee, but we have not heard back from Evolve to have that conversation. Very Disappointing way to start our vacation. Aside from the condition of the home, the complex the property in is lovely and the location is great, but I may look for other properties in Magic Village to avoid a similar experience.
Very nice place, convenient to Disney
4/5 The townhome was nice and new. We needed a few things and the management was easy to contact. They were great to deal with.
