Perfect
5/5 This house was perfect for us. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and it was about 20-30 minute drive but it was still the perfect location for us. There was a Walmart and chick fil a down the road and lots of other places to eat. Being that the girls has to wake up early to play, I liked that quiet time was at 9 pm, it gave my girls a chance to get some rest. It was roomy and I never felt cramped with 5 of us there. Will most likely book here again!

Misleading
3/5 The property was as described regarding cleanliness, location and proximity to all attractions. The appliances were there but old and in need of update. We rented this property because it was listed as pet friendly and we paid the pet fee. We do not have pets. We were traveling to Florida to spend time with my son who has a service dog. Four days before check-in I received an e-mail stating that the owner had changed their mind and the property was no longer pet friendly. As a result of this my son was unable to visit. With only four days until check-in we were unable to have our money refunded in enough time to find another rental. We booked and paid in full 3 to 4 weeks prior and giving us 4 days notice of the owner's change of mind was unacceptable and poor business practice.

Not pet friendly
2/5 We rented this property basically to sleep and have a place for our dog since it was advertised as pet friendly. We drove 8 hour to find out it was not. Pet friendly. It was very inconvenient and disappointing. Other than that the property a was clean and well stock with a new fridge. Annie tried to assist and was very nice on the phone. But we were not able to bring our dog. Luckily we had family close by that was able to keep him.
