Would stay again!
5/5 The property was nicely located near Disney, close enough that it was a short drive home after a long day but located so that there were ways to go around the Disney traffic to get back.The unit was perfect for our needs and the double full sized bunk beds were a nice surprise. The condo is a little older and it shows, but it looks like it is well maintained. Other than a refresh on some of the worn furniture, the condo had everything we needed. A running toilet was addressed right away by the property manager. A few board games and books are in the drawers, wish we had noticed earlier. It is on the 3rd floor so we wouldn't recommend if traveling with grandparents or anyone with mobility issues.The pool, basketball, volleyball court, arcade and movie theater were all nice conveniences to have. They were definitely well used on our rest & recovery days. There's a small convenience store and bar/restaurant in the clubhouse as well. Walmart is a short drive away for groceries and any forgotten necessities, but can definitely be crowded!

3/5 Overall, we were not impressed with the property. The couch was sunken, the carpets frayed (one kept curling, so we were tripping over it all week), no curtains in the bedrooms (so you are up with the sun), no real usable ironing board (tiny one with an ill-fitting cover over the wire board). There were no extra supplies, we had to go buy toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent, hand soap, and tissues. There weren't even extra trash bags. There were no towel rings in the bathrooms and only towel in the master bathroom; the towel railing on the master shower door was broken and there is black mold on the edges of the shower door frame. With some cleaning and just a little emphasis on the guest's experience, comfort, and added amenities, this place could actually be worth the cost. The guesthouse and the pool were great and it was pretty close to shopping and resturants ... but with traffic, about 40 min to Universal.

5/5 The apartment was in an awesome location; a safe, gated, and very picturesque community. The rooms were clean and spacious. Parking was always available. A very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. I'd definitely stay here again.
