House became home!
4/5 We rented this house for the month of February and it quickly became home!! Eight of our grandchildren brought their parents and joined us for a week each to enjoy the Theme Parks in the area! The location made it perfect for getting to and from Disney and Universal as well as for shopping and groceries!! Area restaurants were handy and we became comfortable in the area!! A few concerns in the home were easily resolved in a timely manner!! The pool and games room was a hit with the kids!! Nature beyond the lanai, including Ted our alligator in the pond with all the bird life and a deer was exciting to witness!! Wonderful memories were made!!

Lovely villa but needs a deep clean
4/5 Cleaning definitely needs reviewing, overall it was clean but when you look at the minor details (e.g. Detailing on internal doors and the vents over the ac unit at the top of the stairs they were dirty, stair carpets were stained). Also some large dirty areas and bandaids stuck to the wall around the pool-these were reported and fixed. Also reported that the sliding door did not lock, I was emailed pictures on how to lock it and it still didn't work. There a few other issues such as bedside lights not working and in the pool area there outside light/fan don't work, so there is a separate stand alone can and separate light, but you can only plug one in at a time (could also be an issue of they got wet as the light is an internal light not water resistant). Overall it's a lovely well equipped villa, younger family loved the games room. But would want to be sure they fixed the issues before staying again.
