Renting was very easy and accurate. Very affordable. Would rent again. Only negative was area traffic. Super heavy

Was very enjoyable. Very nice place.
I RARELY leave a review. Everything was fine checking in and we go to bed, there’s no tv in the kids room. I let that go, it’s no big deal. The tv in the master didn’t work, the other bedroom, it didn’t work as well. I let them know the next morning the problem we were having with the tv before we left to go to our first day at universal. There’s a washer and dryer so I was filling the washer with our dirty clothes and it’s small so with two adults and two children, it’s a full load after the ride downs clothes and our first day. Well I grabbed our clothes after the kids go to bed and go to put them in the washer and the stuff on the dryer was moved to the washer and the washer was closed. I moved the stuff back and opened the wash machine and our clothes had been ran. I ran upstairs to ask my husband if he had started the wash machine and he said no and I sure didn’t so someone had been in the house while we were gone.
I let it go and put our dirty clothes in with the wet ones and ran the full load. The next morning I get up and put the clothes in the dryer and the dryer doesn’t work! Thank goodness we had friends at another house so I could dry our clothes.
It got warm one night and I turned the AC on and of course it takes a while to cool the upstairs and I went to the kids room to turn their fan on and that didn’t work!!
The night before we leave the internet stopped working.
I’m cleaning up so we can leave and I take our sheets off the master bed and see that I’ve been sleeping on a huge urine stained mattress pad, it was horrible!
Found past guest trash and belongings under the beds. A receipt dated for the 10th, we got there on the 16th.
Someone’s ear pod under the kids bed. There was only ONE trash bag in the house. I would not recommend staying here.

- We'd like to apologize for how you feel about your stay at our property, we did try to assist you promptly with the problems you were experiencing
- We did try to fix the TV issue but were unable to troubleshoot it, we had to unplug and reset it, and we did finally get confirmation that it was working ok, we're sorry for the inconvenience. We also do not advertise a TV in the kid's room
- When you notified us that the dryer was not working we offered to send someone out and you declined as you were able to visit a friend who had a working dryer, but the dryer has been fixed and is working well
- We were not aware that the internet and fan were not working, we wish you had let us know so that we could get them working for you when you were on the property
- Again, we are sorry about the Earpod and receipt that were found under the bed, we have had all the carpets thoroughly cleaned in the whole house to ensure nothing got missed
- We have cleaned the mattress protector with a good professional cleaning for good measure
We take pride in our home and have a team of people behind us that can act quickly to resolve any issues guests have. They are always on hand and whilst we hope everything is perfect on arrival communication is key along with allowing us to remediate. We want all our guests to have the best experience possible - our property management, cleaners, and owners are continually working to ensure guest experiences are 5-star."
Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay and the location was great. Our only issues were internet (Verizon mifi box only one bar of service), poor Verizon service, no cable.
