Needs update
3/5 No control of temperature. Couldn’t shut off the fan.We were cold the whole time. No extra blankets, towels, toilet paper ect. Washer and dryer were in a backwards order so that the doors opened up the wrong direction. Didn’t appreciate the religious signs throughout. Very clean , couldn’t figure out the tv. Needs to be updated on living room furniture. Wrong information on alarm system that doesn’t exist.

- "Hi Robert, we regret that you were dissatisfied with your stay and, unfortunately, we were not made aware of these concerns you've mentioned
-We always include our guest contact information in the pre-stay info, so that if there are any concerns or questions, before or during a stay, we are available to address them urgently
-There is a thermostat for controlling the temperature in an easily accessible area for guests to use, including instructions on its operation
-We provide all the amenities listed so we can ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests. Additional towels and rags are kept in the master bedroom closet. We supply toilet paper and essentials and can provide more upon request
-The doors for the washer and dryers open in opposite directions to facilitate maximum space for users, and the connections for the are different so these cannot be interchanged
-We do not use religious signs (crosses, etc.), but rather quotes of encouragement from the bible
-The living room furniture is depicted accurately in our photos and guests can decide if the decor meets their needs
-The alarm system was damaged during a previous stay, but we are working to get this information updated
