Nice place close to everything

3/5 Community1. We were not allowed to park our camper van any where in the community. Even though it fits into a normal parking spot. Cost us $520 to park it nearby. This should be posted in the listing.2. If you order from Amazon, you have to pick it up at the club house, and they charge you $10 per package! Highway robbery.3. Lots of alligator in the pond! Very dangerous.4. Nice boardwalk through swamp.. good bird and turtle viewing.House1. Limited kitchen utensils.. 4 forks, 1 bowl, 5 dinner plates, etc.2. HDMI on living room TV is loose and falls out.3. Upstairs carpet is old.4. Entry code did not work, but was resolved quickly.

Decent place but could use an update!
4/5 My husband and I spent the month of January 2023 at this property. We found it to be very comfortable but in need of some updates.
PROS: nice location, secure gated resort, onsite bar/restaurant, warm private pool, working tvs in all rooms, comfortable beds, laundry facilities in unit, and most of the needed kitchen utensils were available.
CONS: BBQ grill was unusable, furniture was broken, carpet was filthy and stained, dish washer did not work, and property manager did not respond to questions/concerns.
All in all, I would stay here again because of the location and the warm private pool.
