• Great complex and location, condo was just ok.

  We stayed at the property for 5 days. Awesome location and grounds especially the pool area. The complex, gate, customer service, shop, location - all fantastic and we would rate it at 5 stars. The condo itself was nice, spacious but unfortunately didn't feel clean. We washed the floors twice ourselves because we couldn't walk barefoot - our kids did and their feet were literally dark. There were a lot of stains on the kids bedding so we didn't let them sleep there. There are over 5 remote controls for the TV in the living room but non of them would work for the Volume on the TV. The batteries were dying and the TV was super loud without us having ability to lower it. When I reached out to the property manager asking if we should replace the batteries or they would, they didn't reply so we let it go and moved on without the TV. Room furniture, mattresses and the couches are outdated. You fall into the couch. One of the bathrooms had a nice Mickey Mouse shower curtain full of mold on the bottom. The Kitchen on the other hand was very clean but we washed everything before using anyways for our own piece of mind. Overall, the complex is super nice and we will definitely come back. But the room cleanliness definitely needs serious attention! I would give the condo rating of 3 but we loved the property so 4 it is.

• Great location- unit is a little tired

  Location is great for those wanting easy access to the pool / water slides. The unit is on the side of the building so noise from the slides isn’t an issue. The condo is surface clean, but really could use a deep cleaning (behind/under furniture, doors, carpet, etc). Condo had everything we needed (towels, coffee machine) and it was nice to have small dish soap, laundry detergent and some toilet paper/shampoos already there.

  Location of condo was great. Close to the main pool, but a side unit so the noise from the pool area wasn’t a concern.

  Condo was as described and contained all things that we needed. Appreciated the mini- shampoo & conditioners, small dish soap as well as laundry and dishwasher detergent. Nice to not have to buy these.

  Condo was surface clean & tidy but it’s tired and could use a deeper clean (bedroom carpet, behind/under bed, behind dresser, blinds etc). Doors are dirty, especially where hands touch and a good clean (or even better, a fresh coat of paint) would go a long way.
