  From the moment we got there our trip was amazing start to finish. Our unit was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend staying in this house! Our contact was amazing and checked in on us throughout the stay to ensure everything was going great!

  This vacation rental was in a perfect location for our needs. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and the community amenities were adequate. We planned on cooking quite bit in the rental and based on the description of items provided, planned some of our groceries to that. However, when we arrived, with groceries in hand, we noticed that though a crock pot and drip coffee maker along with a coffee grinder were listed in the description, not one of those items were in the unit. A Keurig is there, but had we known that was they coffee option, we would have purchased k cups and not whole coffee beans. There was also not one single roll of toilet paper upon our arrival. I did call the representative who quickly dropped off several rolls since we were in dire need of that. In the instructions for checking out, it is mentioned that a load of dishes needs to be run in the dishwasher, yet there wasn't any detergent provided. A few things that this unit still needs are as follows...

  *Add what building number, not just unit number, in the description would be very helpful

  *Change of description from drip coffee maker with coffee grinder to Keurig

  *Either provide a crock pot or remove it from the description

  *Provide more than one kitchen towel

  *Provide sponge or washcloth to wash the dishes (nothing was provided for this either)

  *Include more than 1 additional kitchen garbage bag (especially when you have six people staying for 6 days)

  *mixing bowl (that could double as serving dishes), serving spoons and colander (there aren't any in the unit and it would be extremely helpful to have)

  *toilet paper

  *dishwasher detergent

  *can opener (this is also absent from the unit)

  *Make sure all tv remotes are in the proper rooms (we hunted for the correct remotes for an entire day...wrong remotes in wrong rooms and not in plain sight...also, most of the tv's were unplugged when we arrived)

  *List that the only ceiling fan is actually in the living room (the listing says that there are ceiling fans, plural...as in more than one)

  *The refrigerator water filer needs replaced. It barely comes out of the fridge because I assume the filter is too old and clogged and the light to change it is on.

  *Adding "pool" towels would be helpful so bath towels aren't used for that purpose

  I think changing or adding the above would really make your unit meet all the needs of your guests.
