We just got back from a golf trip in the Orlando area and stayed at this house. Everything was great. The house has plenty of bedrooms and baths, was clean and in good shape. We had one issue with the television, and 10 minutes after we sent a message to the property manager, he was on site, resolving it for us. Thanks, Rob!
We will certainly look to rent this property again soon.

This property was perfect for our family of 11. Mom at 89 and 5 adult children and spouses enjoyed one of the warmest February weeks together around the pool and in the kitchen. It was so comfortable that we stayed in and cooked all week. We had a bit of a challenge getting in the keyless entry, but a quick phone call resolved the challenge. Thank you for the fabulous memories.
My group was in the area to volunteer at a national youth event. It was wonderful to come home at the end of a long day to a clean house and be in the peace and quiet of Emerald Island. House was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Due to travel delays, I arrived at the property very late. Had a small problem getting into the house upon arrival. Host was very responsive and helpful at an ungodly hour. Thank you for that!!!

The stay at this house way horrible. When we got there at 4 the cleaning people was still there an we couldn't go into the house until it was done. Once we were able to go into the house the kids asked could they get in the pool while we unpack. As we were walking through the house we found multiple things wrong so we call the property manager Linda to see if she knew about any of it. I've been asked miss Linda Did she need me to take pictures and send them to her she said if that will make you feel better. The next thing you know my daughter comes into the room I'm in and say mommy the pool is dirty there's hair in it. Then called Mrs. Linda again to let her know to send a pool guy out she did not answer. I called evolve and he started a service ticket for me. The pool guy came out the next day and still didn't clean the pool . We also had no hot water the entire stay. The house is dated and everything is falling apart. This is the 1st thing that I've ever had but I have been ignored after after paying my money for this rental . I will never rent rent from this company this company again.
Hi Asha, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We apologize for the inconvenience you encountered, unfortunately, the guests before your stay left quite a mess and our cleaning service was still present when you arrived delaying your check-in by 30 minutes. We don't want anything but the best for our guests and hope that the measures taken by Evolve made up for the inconvenience.
- When you reached out about the hot water, we came to the property on more than one occasion and no issues were found and none have been reported since your stay.
- The pool had been cleaned before your arrival, however, when you reported there was hair in the pool we immediately sent the pool service technician to address the issue but he had to return a second time as you would not exit the pool on his first visit to allow him full access to the pool.
- We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect our property and guests can decide before booking if our home and decor meet their expectations.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
