  we rented this property for a week no heated pool no BBQ they were priced additionally there were all rules posted on the walls really!!! the air conditioner said no lower than 73 but was limited to 75 didn't mind taking out the garbage just like home . the dishes and cups mostly were cracked as well as limited pans plastic little forks and knives. the pool enclosure gate was broken allowing animals to enter the foosball legs were so wobbly i was in fear that my grandkids may be hurt. for the amount of money it cost me I was expecting a lot more and I would never rent from this property company again and do not recommend to my friends. I took pictures of the property but no way to insert

  -We were not notified of any issues while you were in residence. Communication is highly important to us, we give our 24-hour telephone number in case there are any problems or questions. We are always readily available to answer any questions or concerns, we never got a call or a word response.
  -We are incredibly sorry for the inconvenience regarding the pool heater. On your recent visit, the pool heater was not working and an issue occurred during your visit. We are working to have this fixed as soon as this concern was raised to ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded.   - As with any guest concerns, we would have been happy to address them right away for a most comfortable stay. We were under the impression that you were satisfied with the state of the home. • Pretty decent stay!

  Everything was great except beddings were not cleaned/changed. Had to wash bedsheets before usage. Also, time for new pillows, they were dirty. Shower still had lots of hair in it as well. However, Location was great and the children enjoyed the pool.

  Nice place enjoyed the stay plenty of room. Wish the AC worked a little better. Overall nice temp . in house stays at 75 degrees a little hot for us.

• Beautiful neighborhood

  I loved the house it was in an incredibly beautiful neighborhood. The neighbors are quite close but they were all kind. The heated pool a bit of a struggle to get situated they charged me $35 dollars a day when it was supposed to be $25. In the end they refunded me which I appreciated. Also the pool only heats 8-8 so it takes time in the morning for it to get warm. My wife says they should have more Pans. Overall it was a great stay. I read in other reviews there were bugs I didn’t see not one. I did however visit with the baby crocs in the lake almost daily. Keep the kids away from the water out back. It is a great house I’d have liked to give it 5 stars but there were a few bumps along the way. Check in was confusing I didn’t see the email right away. Check your email for the instructions. The guy Chris from evolve was fantastic. The key is in a lock box near the door.
