Enjoyable
4/5 Location was good. Enough room for us, 4 adults and a child. Would recommend to others.
Only 12 miles from Universal Studio.
Development was quiet and clean
Things That could be changed for other guest in the future are:
1. BED Spread without stains (needs new speeds in the master bed rooms)
2. Linens could be washed the day before and use fabric softener so they could smell fresh.
3. Check plumbing in bathrooms just to make sure they are unplugged and water runNING freely.
4. House keeper/cleaner should make sure mold are off bathroom floors A DAY BEFORE RENTAL.
5. Extra towels (may need New bath towels
6. Just a reminder. There was a water leak coming from the wall. Going down the stairs into a corner in the living room. Please have that checked
7. Have a six pack of water for the guest when they arrive. Some people may arrive late and maybe too tired to go get water.

Winter Golf Trip
3/5 For the price the condo was good. Gated community, very nice people. The condo was clean but we did have a few issues that took the rating down.1) Only 1 wash cloth per bathroom (need more)2) No hand towels in the upstairs bathrooms3) The condo is nice but needs some tender loving care. Needs painted and there was areas on the wall where you could tell an animal peed in the kitchen. There are water spots on the ceiling from a water leak.4) The AC would keep resetting itself up to 75 degrees during the day and at night. So we would get back at 5pm from golf and the condo would be at 78 degrees. We would set the temperature down to 70 and by midnight it would be at 75 again.5) The Garbage disposal needs cleaning. Giving off very bad Oder Would I stay here again. - NO

Nice House!
4/5 This house was nice! Nice location, close to shopping center, restaurants and Disney World. House was clean. Kitchen has basic utensils and seasonings. Only thing, there are no TVs in the bedrooms. There’s a tv in the master bedroom and downstairs in the family room.
