  Condo was clean and convenient to Disney World and other attractions. Room w/bunks was great for our 4 boys. Several pools to choose from, and we enjoyed the mini golf. Enjoyed having a little privacy with the porch and 1st level entrance. Kitchen cleaning supplies were minimal - plan on hitting the store ASAP or bringing dish soap and dish cleaning supplies. Only a couple dishwasher tablets and 1 roll of paper towels provided (no dish rags or towels either).

• Convenient Location

  The property was charming and well-laid out for our needs - quite spacious for a condo. We enjoyed the kitchen and the appliances and used them frequently but felt that it could use a few more basics such as bag clips and some storage containers for leftovers along with a large sautee pan. We ended up buying those things and left them for the next visitors. We were there for a volleyball tournament, so the washer and dryer were great for washing uniforms and in excellent working order. There was no broom or mop for the kitchen or trash bags to replace any of them once you empty them, so you should come prepared. We bought and left those as well. No vacuum either, and the entire place is carpeted. You may want to bring your own iron or use a cloth when you use theirs. It stained several pieces of our clothing. If you want an accessible pool, it is a bit confusing as it is part of the Holiday Inn across the street and not part of the actual property where the condo is. You need to acquire bracelets to access it which was not clear in the instructions. Also, the WIFI code in the check-in book and the check-in instructions was incorrect, but they did respond quickly to give us the proper information. If you want a quiet place, this may not be for you. We could hear the children in the condo above us screaming early in the morning and in the evening - along with the conversations of their parents. Overall, it served our needs, and it is conveniently located near a Publix, a Wawa, and some great restaurants. Try First Watch for breakfast/brunch - outstanding. It is close to Disney and was only a 20-30 minute ride to the Convention Center where we had to travel daily. Super convenient.

  - We're glad you enjoyed the location
  - There is a broom, mop, and brand new vacuum cleaner in the closet by the front door. It might get blocked from view if the door is open. We apologize for the inconvenience
  - As is typical for many vacation rentals, we do provide the first garbage bag but not an entire roll of bags. Some kitchen amenities are also offered but might be missing or misplaced. We'll look into it
  - Our guests can use the on-site pool behind the building and the pools and amenities located at our partnership with the Holiday Inn across the street

• Great for my 7year old boys!

  great pools- one had slides for our boys to race on - that pool had nice adult drinks and food options; the other pool was a splash pad and had deeper area boys loved playing with pool toys and such. Easy access to Magic Kingdom. Took kids to legoland two days - about a minute drive. Enjoyed Disney Springs and Vineland shopping too.
