Cold and miserable
1/5 1. No heat all week during one of Floridas coldest.2. House was not clean..sent pictures 3. Paid $135. per day extra to heat jacuzzi,which never got warm.4. After 3 1/2 days sent 2 potable heaters to heat 7 bedrooms, 5 bath5. We had 2 elderl 85 yr olds who got Ill from the cold.

Hi Harry, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
- We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered during your stay. When you reached out, we promptly responded and sent a technician to the home to address the issues with the furnaces. The technician was able to restore heat to the downstairs but the upstairds was in need of a part and couldn't be fixed at that time. We offered for you to stay in another property, but you politely declined and said you would stay if we could provide some space heaters. To which I agreed and brought you two space heaters for the upstairs. Both furnaces are both functioning correctly. When you reported an issue with the hot tub, our Guest Contact went to the property and confirmed that it was working correctly.
- We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest stay. We will follow up with our cleaning service to ensure they pay closer attention to detail to ensure future guests do not share the same experience.
- We did everything we could in an attempt to make things right and hope that the measures taken by both ourselves and Evolve made up for any inconvenience you may have encountered during your stay.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!Everything was okay!

The house need some repairs.
2/5 The house was in a great location from Disney and old town but it did need some repairs. The tv remotes was missing backs or just missing all together. There was confusion about getting the pool heated. The furniture was old and outdated. We expected a lot more from this property. The grill was broken and filthy. The pool need cleaning also. The bottom was brown which thank god we had a community pool. We wouldn’t recommend staying here. There’s too many houses to choose from for 3 grand plus.

Just what we needed!
4/5 Overall experience was great, from checking in onwards. The house itself could have been cleaned more thoroughly but it wasn't to the point of filthiness. Other than that, we had a great and enjoyable time. Ample space for everyone in the group to be able to have their own space or socialize. Perfect for big groups. LOVED THE POOL!!!! The clubhouse was awesome as well!! The area was a great location too; easy to find. Would stay here again.
