• Good for large families

  Our extended family of 9 stayed and we still had room for more if needed. The screened in lanai with pool/spa was where we spent most of our time. Pool heat is a MUST if you want a warm spa! Towels were limited for a house of that size, I do suggest the homeowner adds additional towels. There weren’t paper towels, dish soap, etc on arrival, which would be helpful if the homeowner provided a starter pack of essentials. We were able to find a Publix and Dollar Tree down the road and got everything we needed. I gave the house 4 out of 5 stars because upon arrival, we found that the dishwasher was not usable due to mildew inside it and the rest of the kitchen had been cleaned, but not well. We wiped everything down for peace of mind, washed dishes by hand, and moved on to enjoy the rest of what the house had to offer.

  This house was in a good location to visit the parks (an easy 20 minute drive) and the nearby Publix allowed us to easily get what we needed. We enjoyed the heated pool and outdoor seating/dining in the lanai. We had a much smaller group than the house allows so we didn't use the house nearly to its capacity (3 adults and 3 little kids). We prepared very simple meals, but seemed to have everything we needed as far as pots and pans, utensils, and dishes. If you are traveling with a larger group I would imagine you would need a few more bath and pool towels, but for our small group (and having a washer and dryer what was provided was adequate). We very much appreciated the starter supplies of trash bags and laundry pods, etc.

  The neighborhood felt safe, and only having one vehicle we didn't have any problems with parking as there was space in the driveway for that. The street did seem full, but that didn't affect us. We also did not explore any of the resort ameneties as we were busy with the parks and used our down time at the house pool. Two new Smart TV's were recently installed and internet was adequate to stream what we needed. We also appreciated the few pool floats available for use.

  The house would benefit from a deep clean, and the carpets are a bit worn. However, kitchen and bathroom surfaces were clean, as well as bedding.

  Great house. I would recommend it!There were a few things that happened and should be considered: No communication from property management at all. Owners were ready to answer questions by email and asked us to reach out to property management and not even once, the property manager responded or helped!Poll guy came and "accidentally " left a valve opened.Pool was losing a lot of water and nobody came to fix it...we had to figure it all out and fill pool by ourselves.No communication from property management!Dishwasher didn't work.No blanquets at all and very thin covers.2 master bedrooms with king beds, both beds matresses were uneven. We could not sleep as a couple in the masters bc of mattresses. They need more forks...Also, doors didn't lock from the bedroom I slept in. Other than that, its a good house, neighborhood, club house, I guess if they have a good host and property management company this would be all figured out and a perfect house.

• Nice house but definitely the heating was set at 85* too hot even for December!

  The house was a nice size and has everything you may need definitely the cleaning crew Can do a lot better out rooms were not vaccinated and the bottom of the hot tub was filthy we didn’t used but still make you wonder if the rest of the house was clean like that other than that the Pool heating was not clear at the website at all when we booked so we ended paying extra for our stay to have a heated pool and when the temperature was reach to a fully heated the water was too hot to even get in!
