• Started out tough but got better

  When we got to our residence it smelled like marijuana. It took several days for it to dissipate. The bedding, sheets and towels hadn’t been watched and at 10:00 at night had to go to a laundromat before we could go to sleep. The master bedroom bed and the bunk beds we’re comfortable but the two twin beds were painfully hard and really not suited for anyone to have to sleep on. The location was really great. The air conditioner worked really well. There also weren’t enough household supplies. Only 2 trash bags. 2 dishwasher tabs and 2 paper towel rolls. Not enough for a weeks stay. Can’t say enough things about how wonderful the pool and clubhouse are. Really a highlight of our stay when we weren’t at the parks.

Please note, if you had concerns about the cleanliness, we would've been happy to resolve it right away while you were in residence
  - As is standard for vacation rentals, the homeowner provides a starter supply of paper essentials for guests’ convenience. Guests may have to purchase their own additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups

  A clean convenient condo. Great amenities for kids in this resort. Close to Walmart, Applebee's, Wendy's and McDonalds.

  It was a great place, perfect for a getaway. Felt like you were at a home rather then just a hotel. Clean all around. Friendly people.

  The place was pretty nice. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the bathrooms and towels. The toilets had black under the rim so you can tell they were only cleaned superficially. Same with the tub. Didn't look very clean. Looks like they spray some disinfectant on it and call it a day. No scrubbing involved. And the towels smelled very musty and the fact that they were all grey was concerning because you could not tell if they were clean. So I wish the towels were white and the bathrooms were a TAD bit cleaner. But honestly for the price it was great. The place, although older was in great condition. The beds were comfortable. The location was convenient. The A/C worked great. So it was worth it. But I hope the owner takes note of the bathroom cleanliness and hopefully puts WHITE towels. Small investment to make to really make the place 5 stars.
