  We loved staying in this beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable home. We were so close to Disney that we had very little traffic to deal with and Fred was very helpful. We would definitely love to stay here again!

• Good Space but lacks a lot

  The house and location are great although getting into the property was a huge hassle. If different family members are arriving at different times make sure you have ALL of them written down to be drivers, even if they don’t have a rental car. The manager of our property did answer the phone each time I called and helped as much as he could. It’s a gated community with very strict rules.

  The house itself has plenty of space but the mattresses really need to be replaced. The kitchen pots and pans are all falling apart and the knives are so dull that it’s dangerous to try to cut anything. We made a lot of cold sandwiches instead of actually cooking.

  Also, make sure to bring your own toilet paper and trash bags if you’re staying more than 2 nights. We had 7 people for 8 days and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one trash bag in the kitchen. Even though we were at the parks most days, we still needed more of everything and they don’t provide it.

  - This vacation rental is located in a gated community that boasts privacy and restricted access. We include the simple guest registration early in the booking process and when everything is completed fully and on time, check-in is quick and seamless. However, we're glad we were able to support you through the process when things took longer than expected due to unregistered guests
  - We're delighted that you enjoyed the space overall and appreciate your feedback about the quality of the mattresses and kitchen items. While the beds are fairly new, we know that mattress preference is unique to each guest and we were sorry to hear that you weren’t comfortable during your stay. As for the pots and pans, we try to be very proactive in making updates, and would've been happy to provide a new set of pots and pans, had you brought this to our attention during your stay
  - As is standard for vacation rentals, the homeowner provides a starter supply of paper essentials for guests’ convenience. Guests may have to purchase their own additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups. We double-checked to ensure this is indeed included on the listing
  
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

• Great house!

  We had a great time at this house! The address was tricky to find in the beginning but was easily found. The only drawback was the very limited amount of paper products/ laundry soap. I had to buy both for only one or two that we needed. I also wish the heating of the hot tub and pool was included in the rental cost but other than those things the house was perfect for us.
