  The community is great, the pool area and rec room are awesome and its wonderfully super close to Disney which made it super convenient. The owner was helpful when reaching out to check in so that was nice. Our point of contact was helpful for couple questions we had during our stay. The place itself is a nice set up and the little pool out back was cool for the kids. However we paid for it to be heated our whole trip and it never really got that warm in the, think it was set to a max of 87. First couple days of the trip was pretty chilly and it would get pretty chilly at night it would have been nice if the pool was heated to a higher temp. The amount of supplies left for you is literally the bear minimum. For the amount of money we paid for this rental for a week you would think there would be more toilet paper and other supplies in the home, instead we had to take a trip to the store for items like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. A hotel would have probably been cheaper and provided all these necessities. My biggest issue with the property was the roaches. We came back from Disney one night to find them all over the counter top, reached out to our point of contact and he said they had recently treated but hadnt seen any activity. I find this hard to believe when there was a bottle of roach spray in the closet down stairs. We also found some cereal under the couch from a previous tenant so thinking its not being fully cleaned all that well in between stays. If it werent for these few issues I would absolutely give 5 stars.

  We had a great stay ! The place was just as advertised. The owner was easy to reach for check in instructions and so kind. Really a nice place to vacation.

• Perfect getaway!

  We loved staying in this house! It was so nice to have a comfy place to come and chill after busy park days. I loved having a private pool to decompress by after days in crowds.

  Our kids loved the theming in their room. The master bed was a comfy place to catch some ZZZs.

  The was even a little blender to make blended drinks by the pool.

  It was also nice to have the option to go to the resort pool area. It was a really short walk from the condo.

• A short stay, close to Disney

  I'll start with the good :) We were originally scheduled for a spring break getaway. However, because of a debacle of cancellation of flights, we were unable to come out. Evolve was more than accommodating to be able to rebook us a stay, same length of time, in June when it was convenient. So, thank you!The place was the perfect size for 5 of us: myself, my husband, two kids, 10 and 5, and my mother. We were all able to go our separate ways in the evening when it was time to wind down. It was delightful. The kids were in HEAVEN at the main pool. Be aware that if there is lightning within 10 miles, the pool closes down for 30 minutes. We would swim in the lanai all the other times. The pool was nice, but I felt like the area surrounding it could be cleaner. The umbrella wouldn't open up and it was rusting at the bottom, to the point that it looks like it's going to break at any moment. The other amazing part of this villa was Ms. Pacman. The kids (and my mom) had a blast taking turns trying to get a high score. The couch was big enough for all of us to sit at watch a movie. The kitchen was very nice too. One thing I would mention is that there is no stroller on property, and had I had known, I would have rented one for the weekend. I even messaged the property manager and he told me there was one on property. He was unaware that there is no longer one there. There were only 2 occasions where the property manager didn't return messages, but they were minute details. But I learned that there is a Keurig in the villa, for you coffee drinkers. I informed him that the pizza cutter broke while slicing a Totino's pizza, so some of the utensils were not the *best* quality. Other than that, it was a very nice stay. We would recommend!
