- The listing is accurately advertised on the amenities of the property. To ensure transparency, we confirm that the pre-stay email doesn't state that guests receive a refund on an access card to the resort. It's clearly noted in the welcome email I send to all guests prior to check-in and in the pre-stay email that it's a $20 fee
- We wish you would have reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay. We would have addressed any questions or concerns so you could enjoy your time

The location was great and loved the house with the pool and multiple rooms. It could have used a few basic amenities. We all flew in and there was no hand soap in bathrooms or even dish soap at the sink to wash dishes. They only provided one dishwasher pod. It made it difficult to wash dishes with that provided and we had to go buy a large bottle of soap to make sure we followed rules. There was also a lack of toilet paper even less than what would be provided in a hotel. One bathroom had none and another had 1/4 a roll. So we had to go buy more toilet paper and leave it there.

I would like to say this stay was very overwhelming for me and my family. When we first got here the pool wasn’t cleaned the water was dirty and took two days for someone to come out and fix!!! The manager did refund us for some of our stay but it was ridiculous, Another thing was it wasn’t very clean we killed a few bugs here and there when we first arrived and the hot tub by the pool doesn’t work! Overall I rate this place a 3 out of 5. Will we ever stay here again probably not.

- We promptly responded and went to generous measures to make things right and refunded you for two nights. We regret the company which we used to repair the pool did not resolve the issue for two days, we have since had the pool fixed and are now using a different company to service our pool. We do all we can to make it the best possible stay for our guests
