  I stayed at this home for a total of 3 nights while visiting from Massachusetts. The home was spacious and we had more than enough room for my family. The pool was lovely and the location was ideal. I brought my own towels so I wasn’t concerned about the old, dingy bath towels. The lighting in the dining room was very dusty and so were the DVD player/cable box. I wish the kitchen were cleaner as I found a roach while looking for utensils. There was also an old toothbrush, a toothpaste tube, and a sock in between the couch cushions (I dropped my phone in there) most likely from a previous guest. I could have lived without the cobwebs. I called Gary who I think was the property manager about the beeping smoke detector and he texted me back to let me know he would come by to replace the batteries, which he did and he was super nice. I just wish he had called when he was outside instead of coming around the back which startled me. Overall, I had a nice time, but as affordable as this home was for us, the cleanliness could have been better and the creaky beds could use some updating/repairs.

We followed up with the homeowners, who were sorry to hear that you felt the house could have been cleaner. They have had a busy rental season, and it seems some areas have been missed in the regular cleanings. They have scheduled a deep clean and will have their property manager inspect the home afterward to ensure it is spotless. They also wanted to apologize that Gary startled you. He went around back when no one answered at the front door, but they have reminded him to call in these situations moving forward. Thanks for your feedback, as it helps us improve!

  The place was great. No issues. The check-in was easy, the place was clean and the neighborhood was really quiet. We will definitely be staying again.

  First of all I need to stress that this place was Very clean and quiet. Didn't see a single bug in the house. Actually, for that sake, we didn't see any outside either ! But we did see lots of different, beautiful birds and even an alligator ! It was very enjoyable to sit out by the pool and watch them hunting and playing. The property manager was super nice and he was very responsive to my questions. The only downfall was that Grocery stores, etc. are kinda far away and the traffic was atrocious, It took us twice as long to get places. But that's not necessarily a bad thing either ! There is a 7/11 just 2 minutes away but plan on 20 minutes to get to a publix or Walmart grocery store. All in all we had a fantastic stay and I would suggest renting this house to anyone who's needs it suits.
