Great Location
3/5 The house and property are located in a great location, overlooking the Intercostal. The large living room area is ideal for a family gathering. Unfortunately there were several things that were annoying - upstairs bedroom had an air conditioner that wound up to a whining pitch frequently, causing my daughter and son-in-law to not get a good night’s sleep. The TV in their room didn’t work either. There was an inadequate amount of towels (no hand towels), kitchen towels and dinnerware and no sheets, pillow or blanket for the pull out couch. There was no extra toilet paper. The biggest issue was that the property manager/host was unresponsive when we called the first day we got there. Fortunately I lived a few miles away and supplied the missing items but it made a lot of extra work for my husband and me. The house has amazing potential to be a great home and by adding a few of the above mentioned things would be a great rental!

5/5 Everything was easy and pleasant. Great location for PSL West and Jensen Beach. House was clean, everything worked, great and timely communication. Would stay again for sure.
