CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be texted to the primary guest's phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- The code will be activated at check-in time and deactivated at checkout time unless prior arrangements are made
- Please send a picture of a current photo ID to the Guest Contact before arrival so they can verify it matches the name on the reservation 
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the house by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The private pool and jacuzzi are open year-round, weather permitting. The pool and jacuzzi are cleaned weekly on Tuesday. The propane heater is not to be turned on to heat the pool or spa
- This property has a strict max occupancy of 8
- A Weber brand charcoal BBQ grill is provided. If there are charcoal briquets available in the garage, please use them but we will not normally be providing charcoal briquets. Ensure the BBQ and BBQ utensils are cleaned of any food residue, grease, and spent charcoal after use. BBQ use is at your own RISK. Do not let children near the BBQ unsupervised
- The provided outdoor dishware is not dishwasher safe. Please hand wash only. No glass or breakable dishware outside by the pool
- Wednesday is garbage day. Please move the trash receptacle to the curb if you are there the night before. Recycle Day is every other Thursday. Please place it out on Wednesday night. Return them to the inside of the garage once picked up
- Pool noodles and outdoor cushions are provided. Please place them back into the enclosure when no longer needed or upon checkout. Do your best to ensure they are dry prior to being put away.
-Please do not play loudspeakers in the yard/by the pool. Disturbing the neighbors is not allowed and could be cause for stay cancellation even once the stay has been started
- The pool and jacuzzi are not meant to be heated as there is only a small propane tank
