Perfect for a large family
4/5 My family truly enjoyed the home. More than enough space. We were there to attend a football game and spend time with family. The house was fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. The only negative was we didn't locate an iron/ironing board and we didn't know how to switch the TV's to local channels. But we also did not contact the owner's reference it, we just made it work. All in all it was a great stay, and would definitely revisit if in the area...

Diamond in the ruff
3/5 The house was beautiful, however the yard was like a jungle. We paid extra to bring our pets, thinking they would have a yard to run around in and my little guys (yorkie, and chihuahua) would have been lost and or eaten by a ground hog or something. The person that took care of our reservation stated that she would give us an extra day as compensation for this as well as the one day that the AC went out. She never offered to put the money back on my card for the day. We left a day early and I thought we would receive that day back however, crickets when I asked. I thought that they would give me 2 days back but nothing.
The house itself was advertised as great for elderly which caught my eye since my husband is in a wheel chair but the place is literally full of stairs.
There was some normal things wrong with the house such as a leak in the roof and several of the lights did not work and we changed the light bulbs (these were provided by the landlord). Also, the deck is not safe.
All in all this house has the potential to be a real "Gem", right now as far as for us it was definitely a diamond in the ruff.
