The house is in a great location. It is very close to the beach, but I recommend driving since you have to cross the busy highway. The beach isn’t very crowded and the access is easy. The house is spacious. However, there were minimal towels for a 4 bedroom house. The next day we discovered all the towels in the washer and the dryer downstairs. There were also very minimal starter toiletries and garbage bags. The house also had so many scuffs on the wall. The floor also was disgusting like it had not been mopped in several stays.
Overall, we had fun on our trip. The location is great, but you would likely drive to the beach. The listing says New!, I am not sure what that was referring to. But the home did not feel new and it definitely could have been better maintained.

We enjoyed our stay. The property itself was clean and roomy for the 5 adults and 1 teen. Communication with property manager was excellent. One thing to note for all future renters--HWY 98 is very busy at the pedestrian crossing, so while the property is very close to the beach, crossing the street to get there is scary using a golf cart. Walking or using a bicycle is the best way to cross. We also used our car on a couple of occasions to take beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach was not too crowded and the vibe is great. Property is close to grocery stores and there are 2 delicious restaurants (one with an ice cream store) within walking distance

We enjoyed our stay but it was a bit smaller than we anticipated

My family and I were blessed to find this house during our evacuation from Hurricane Ida. The property manager and owner were extremely accommodating to my family and me. The property manager communicated with me the entire time and was very responsive. The house was beautiful and very clean. The two master bedrooms were huge which gave my parents and my husband and I our own space. We will definitely rent this house again but next time for vacation!!
