Great property
5/5 Very comfortable property. Easy walk to the beach. Beds comfortable. Easy walk to multiple restaurants and to Smugglers cove golf. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great Place! As advertised!
5/5 Everything was Great. Carey property manager was very responsive. Great access to beach. Well equipment place. Only complaint would be the water pressure. Water pressure was adequate and long and nobody else was showering, doing laundry, flushing a toilet or running a faucet. It any of those things were being doing at the same time there is Little to no pressure.EVEN WITH WATER PRESSURE WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN!

Amazing vacation stay!
5/5 The condo was clean, beautiful, and well maintained! Loved the close proximity to the beaches and local restaurants. The host was very accommodating and was quick to respond to any questions. Thanks for a lovely relaxing stay, will definitely be coming back!

Management companies ruin condos with crazy prices
3/5 Fan blade fell off almost hit my daughter , washer and dryer leave black grease marks on all my clothes manager said they would come check it out and no one came we have been staying at this condo on and off and we won’t be coming back due to extreme price increases and not maintaining the units

The homeowner has asked us to pass along the following message: "We're surprised to read your review as we always include our guest contact information in the pre-stay info, so if there are any concerns or questions, prior to, or during a stay, we are available to address them urgently. We were not made aware of any issues during your stay. The fan incident was reported, and we found out through Evolve. Our guest contact, Carey, attempted to contact you, via phone and email provided, but no one returned her call, text, or email. We reached out to Evolve to let them know that we were unsuccessful in contacting you, while in residence. The black marks from the washer/dryer were never reported. We have never had a complaint about this, prior to, or since your stay. As owners, we stay in this unit occasionally, over the year and have not had any issues of the sort. Our cleaning crew uses this machine as well on our own towels without issue. The right vacation home is everything, and we are disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We sincerely do try our best to provide a clean, safe, and excellent experience for all of our guests, and will continue to do so! Thank you "
